This recipe is completely dairy-free, paleo, and vegan. It comes together in just a couple minutes and uses only 3 ingredients!
If you can tolerate dairy, you can easily substitute heavy cream for the coconut milk if you’d like. I recommend using grass-fed dairy products as they are much healthier. And, of course, if you can find raw, grass-fed dairy then that’s even better.
- 130 grams frozen organic raspberries
- 110 grams frozen banana
- 2 Tbsp full fat coconut milk
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-powered blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Scoop into a bowl and enjoy!
